🗡️Equipment and Treasure Chests

Player owned Equipment and Treasure Chests were introduced to the Kaiju Cards ecosystem during the Pioneer Event in 2023. Players use equipment of varying rarity to boost the stats of their Kaiju and make their cards more powerful. They are ERC-1155's on the Arbitrum blockchain.

There are currently four types of equipment - Toys, Trinkets, Emblems and Rings. Each type fits into a specific slot on your Kaiju, allowing you to add 15 unique pieces of equipment to your team.

Earn equipment by opening Treasure Chests. The rarity of a Treasure chest indicates the minimum rarity of the reward inside. Unopened Treasure Chests can also be traded as NFTs. All Pioneer Treasure chests reward equipment that was first released during the Pioneer Event. Future events will have their own unique Treasure Chests.

All earned treasure chests are placed in your off-chain user inventory in-game. If you would like to turn your Treasure Chest into an NFT you can do this in your game inventory.
